At The Stylence, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since all our products are made-to-order (Print-on-Demand), each item is specially printed just for you. Please read our policy carefully:
✅ Refunds & Replacements
We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

The product received is damaged.

The item is incorrect (wrong size, design, or color than what was ordered).

The item was never delivered (lost in transit).
📩 If any of the above issues occur, please email us at stylencethe@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order (or expected delivery date). Kindly include clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
❌ Returns Not Accepted
Since every product is custom printed, we do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following situations:

Change of mind after the order is placed.

Delivery delays caused by shipping companies (unless the order is lost).

Product was delivered correctly but the customer wants to return it without any defect.
